MAA Translations is a one-man romhacking operation. Currently, I am working on translating Final  Fantasy 3 (originally on the japanese Famicom) to English. I've been working on this project since
February 1, 1998.

        Progress on this project has been quite rapid so far - I've already put in the English alphabet, translated a
    few beginning story screens, finished the status screen, and started work on the battle menus (I forget the
    other stuff I've done).
